That storm I spoke of last time has hit with gale force. There was more whipping around over the past weekend than the past month. Come to Daddy premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and there are several pages of photos from it. Click on the image below to check them out.
:: Here's a new on set photo and a teaser clip from the movie.
:: Already 92% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes, the reviews for Come to Daddy are encouraging from the likes of Nightmare on Film Street, The Playlist, Bloody Disgusting, IndieWire, Pajiba, Rue Morgue, Pop Axiom and Film School Rejects. These are just a few of the reviews that laud the film as exceptional. Some have even called it their favorite of the festival.

:: Okay, enough about Tribeca. Elijah and SpectreVision partner, Daniel Noah, are scheduled to attend another festival in late May. The Overlook Film Festival in New Orleans is where they will introduce their new 10 part podcast, now slated to begin in the summer. Also, there will be a screening of their production, Daniel Isn't Real and Elijah's beloved teen horror classic, The Faculty. You can read more about this event here.
:: How about one more? It was just announced that Elijah will be in attendance at the New Mexico Comic Expo in Albuquerque this August. Keep an eye out on this page as I'm sure he'll be added soon, but his ticket sessions have been included.
:: Finally, you probably know about the new Amazon production of Lord of the Rings. Elijah gave his view on the series and what surprises him about it.
That's all... for now.

Could this be the quiet before the storm? Whatever this is, it's been a double edge sword. Though yearning for something new from Elijah, there's been time to work on a big personal project. However, one brand new thing dropped last night. An international poster for his upcoming film, L.A. Rush.
:: Last Saturday was National Record Store Day to celebrate independently owned record stores and you know that's where Elijah was. [1] [2]
:: Keeping track of things yet to come:
April 24th-May 5th: Tribeca Film Festival premiering Come to Daddy on April 25th.
May 3rd-5th: Conque Mexican Comic Convention giving autographs and photo-ops.
May 23rd-26th: Phoenix Fan Fusion for more autographs and photos.
Late Spring: Visitations with Elijah Wood and Daniel Noah 10 part podcast from Shudder.
:: There's 10 days left to submit your work if you want to congratulate Elijah on his 30th year in show business. Check out the previous update for the info.
That's all... for now.
